Clashes broke out between mourners and Israeli police in Jerusalem at the funeral of the Palestinian-American Journalist, Shireen Abu Akleh. She was shot dead on Wednesday while covering a raid by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank. Her death has sparked global condemnation. There are also growing calls for her killers to be held accountable. Shireen has been laid to rest at the cemetery just outside the old city of Jerusalem.
