
The strike by NUMSA-affiliated workers of Extremetec, an agency that collects bus fares for the Metro, continues.
Workers are marching to the City of Tshwane offices, demanding transport allowance of R2 500 and a nightshift allowance of R60 per hour.
The union says workers at Extremetec have to arrive at work at 4am and they knock off at 9pm, and there is no reliable transport available at those times.
