
The bail application judgement of the 7 men accused of killing Zimbabwean national Elvis Nyathi will be heard today.
Magistrate Hleziphi Mkhasibe stood the matter down to allow time to peruse new information before court.
The group are accused of killing Nyathi in Diepsloot, Johannesburg, last month during unrests over crime in the area.
The Diepsloot 7 face charges of murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, robbery with aggravating circumstances, assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm and extortion.
