Motorists are panicking at the Lengau Testing and Traffic centre in Bloemfontein, in the Free State. The grace period to renew driver’s licence cards ends today for those whose licences expired between March 2020 and August 2021. Many in the queue say the system is slow, and they are worried that they won’t be assisted by the end of the business day.
