The Archbishop of Canterbury has condemned a British plan to send tens of thousands of asylum seekers to Rwanda. Under the measures, those who reached the United Kingdom illegally will be sent to Rwanda to have their applications processed there. Archbishop Justin Welby says the policy did not stand "the judgment of God".
