Tanzanian president Samia Suluhu Hassan has sent a message of condolence to President Cyril Ramaphosa following the floods in KwaZulu – Natal that have affected almost 41,000 people, destroyed property and left at least 395 people dead.
The message comes as Tanzania grapples with its own weather challenges.
