Disaster management teams in KwaZulu-Natal are on high alert for further floods as more rain is expected this weekend. The Inanda, KwaMashu, Ntuzuma areas have been among the worst affected by the floods.
The authorities have urged people to move away from low-lying areas.
They say the death toll now stands at 395.
