
Lesotho’s political parties have stepped up campaigning ahead of general elections later this year. A newly-formed party, Revolution for Prosperity, has promised to strengthen ties with neighbouring South Africa. The party has launched its campaign, with leader, Sam Matekane, saying its vital to have good working relations with South Africa. He has also promised to ensure that Lesotho participates in rebuilding Africa’s economy.
