The White House is defending Joe Biden after the president made numerous off the cuffs comments about Vladimir Putin while visiting Poland.
Over the weekend, President Biden said Putin “cannot remain in power” after his actions in Ukraine.
On Monday he told reporters he makes “no apologies” for his remark while holding a “cheat sheet” with answers to the questions reporters were likely going to ask him.
