Food and non-alcoholic beverages inflation continues to rise: Johann Els

South Africa’s inflation rate remained unchanged in February, but there are still worrying inflationary conditions. Data from Statistics South Africa shows that CPI came in at 5..7% last month. Consumers are likely to pay more for food and fuel due to the volatile Brent Crude Oil price and agricultural input costs. Old Mutual chief economist Johann Els joins me for more.
