At least 28 Million people across East Africa face severe hunger following severe flooding in some countries and a massive two-year drought. Oxfam has warned that with the crisis in Ukraine occupying the attention of the International Community, there is a real danger of hunger crisis in East Africa escalating and those in need of humanitarian assistance rising to 28 Million.
