US President Joe Biden talked with Chinese President Xi Jinping for just under two hours this afternoon. The two leaders have not spoken since November’s virtual summit. Friday’s agenda touched on the current Ukraine-Russia conflict and specifically Xi’s relationship with President Vladimir Putin. The US and European allies have condemned Russia’s invasion and imposed sanctions. China though has not. Our correspondent in Washington Nick Harper shares more.
