Chair of Parliament’s section 194 committee, Qubudile Dyantyi, says proceedings against the Public Protector Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane will go ahead despite her latest attempt to halt the impeachment process.
Last week, the Constitutional Court dismissed her bid to revive her report on President Cyril Ramaphosa’s CR17 campaign. However, Mkhwebane is now saying the ConCourt made errors when it dismissed her rescission application.
