Biodynamic agriculture is often called the feng shui of farming. It believes all elements of the farming process must be in harmony in order to create a perfect balance.
It uses organic manure and natural fertiliser to create a positive growth environment for the harvest. It is still very much a developing method of farming in the country, but one farmer has embraced the concept, using hyacinth plants as compost.
