Former Zambian President, Rupiah Banda, has died at the age of 85.
He died after a short battle with colon cancer. Banda was the country’s fourth democratically elected President and led Zambia from 2008 until 2011. To reflect on his legacy, we’re joined by Neo Simutanyi from the Center for Policy Dialogue.
