Kenyans expected to exercise personal responsibility as country lifts COVID-19 restrictions

Kenya on Friday lifted its strict COVID-19 restrictions including the mask mandate and a ban on large indoor public gathering and quarantine for positive cases of COVID-19. The announcement comes two years since the World Health Organisation declared COVID-19 a pandemic.
Kenyans will now be expected to exercise personal responsibility to stay COVID-19 free.
