The Education and Health Departments in the Eastern Cape have once again received the biggest chunk of the provincial budget for the 2022/23 financial year. Economic Development MEC Mlungisi Mvoko delivered the provincial budget in Bhisho on Tuesday. Mvoko said the province wanted to improve access to quality basic education and health care.
