Nigeria has forbidden its citizens from enlisting to fight in Ukraine.
This follows reports of alleged recruitment of volunteers in the country to fight on the side of Ukraine. The country has been under siege from Russian forces for more than two weeks now. Ovigwe Eguegu is an international geopolitical security analyst based in Abuja, Nigeria.
