Several investigations have been launched into the death of two inmates at Kimberley’s Tswelopele Correctional Centre. The inmates died over the weekend, allegedly after an altercation with correctional services officers. The inmates allegedly attacked an officer with padlocks and his colleagues intervened. Another inmate has been hospitalised.
