South Africa’s eco-tourism sector now boasts a new jewel in what is an already impressive crown. A new multi-day hiking trail in the magnificent Baviaanskloof in the Eastern Cape has just been opened. The trail in the world heritage site is also supported by a new interpretive centre for a complete experience. Tourism authorities hope this new experience will play a big part in getting the COVID-battered tourism industry back on its feet.
