Members of the Zulu royal family who may be aggrieved by the Pietermaritzburg High Court judgment can still challenge it at a higher court.
Legal expert – Mpumelelo Zikalala – says although the judgment was sound, some aspects of it are challengeable in law.
The court also ruled that king-elect Misu-Zulu is the legal heir to the Zulu throne.
