Residents of Koster in the Kgetlengrivier local municipality in North West, say they have been without water for the past three weeks. Their current source of water is the local crèche in the township, which has a borehole. This despite an Operations Maintenance Agreement between the Municipality and Magalies Water. The municipality is blaming a damaged water pipe for the current water shortages which it says, Magalies Water must repair. SABC News Journalist Tebogo Phakedi and Video Journalist Moleboheng Khaeane field this report.
