Embattled former Western Cape Community Safety MEC, Albert Fritz has resigned as a member of the Democratic Alliance. Shortly before, Premier Alan Winde removed him from the provincial cabinet. The developments followed an investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct levelled against Fritz.
