70 security guards are living in squalor, camping outside the hospital they are meant to be guarding. They have been sleeping in tents for three weeks, and say they haven’t been paid for 3 months by the private company contracted by the Gauteng Health Department. eNCA reporter Silindelo Masikane reports.
