The White House says US President Joe Biden has agreed in principle to hold a summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin. But meeting will take place on condition that Russia does not invade Ukraine. French President Emmanuel Macron pitched the idea to both leaders on Sunday in separate phone calls. But Putin has not yet committed to the idea, as Stuart Smith reports.
