Truck drivers who travel to or through Botswana say they have reservations about that country’s new covid-19 requirements which have come into effect at its various ports of entry. Anyone entering the country is now required to produce proof they are fully vaccinated. Failing which, they may be required to take a test and quarantine at their own costs while awaiting the results. They may also be denied entry, be fined, or imprisoned.
