Fed-up residents of the KwaZulu-Natal south coast have given the Ugu Municipality an ultimatum following persistent water shortages.
Residents of Port Edward are planning to boycott municipal rates unless a quick solution to the problem is implemented.
The residents say they have been going without water for days at a time since 2016.
