A 22-million rand road infrastructure project has been left incomplete in Zwelisha near Mbombela in Mpumalanga. The community apparently forced the contractors to abandon the project. The road, connecting Zwelisha and other villages, was due to be completed in 12 months. The Mbombela Municipality is worried, as this is not the first project that community members have stopped.
