Women's Month I ANC constituency office embark on a GBV campaign in the remote town of Kirkwood

Women’s month has been a particularly bleak period for South Africa.

The scourge of gender-based violence has again come into sharp focus in the country due to the recent gruesome murders of women.

Many families of Gender-based violence (GBV) victims are calling for more intervention from the government in fighting the scourge.

The ANC parliamentary constituency office has embarked on a GBV campaign in the remote town of Kirkwood.

The aim is to find solutions and provide answers to this community plagued by violence against women and children.
