Newly-appointed Minister of Defence and COGTA deputy sworn in

Newly-appointed Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Thandi Modise, and Deputy Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Thembisile Simelane-Nkadimeng were sworn in on Tuesday evening. Acting Chief Justice, Raymond Zondo and President Cyril Ramaphosa presided over the ceremony. Both Ministers vowed to pick up where their predecessors left off and put the interests of the people of South Africa first in their various portfolios.
