The urgent application to interdict the 14th Gauteng Provincial conference has been struck off the roll. On Saturday, a disgruntled ANC member from ward 83 in Ekurhuleni took his plight to the Gauteng High Court. His bone of contention was that the PEC decided to quarantine 19 votes from five branches in the region. Meanwhile, PEC officials have welcomed the court’s decision.
