The murder case of the men who are accused of killing Zimbabwean national, Elvis Nyathi, has been postponed to Monday. Nyathi was killed in Diepsloot, Johannesburg, on the 7th of April 2022. It’s believed a mob confronted undocumented migrants in the area, accusing them of committing crimes in the community. The seven men accused of his murder briefly appeared in the Randburg Magistrate’s court.
