Dikgang Moseneke’s intervention in Lesotho ahead of the SADC meeting: Rapelang Radebe

Retired Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke is in Lesotho ahead of the sitting of the regional body, the Southern African Development Community. Moseneke says he is confident Lesotho will present a success story this time around. South African President Cyril Ramaphosa was tasked to lead the Reforms Process in the neighbouring country and will present the progress to SADC in the next two weeks.
